Denial & Hypocrisy

Once when Mark Twain was trying to explain Richard Wagner's music to a friend he said, "It's better than it sounds." This is a lot more than can be said for the recording of his wife's sermon to her congregation which Rob Eshman included in his article, "Jews Against the Muslim Ban" in last week's edition of the L.A. Jewish Journal. http://jewishjournal.com/opinion/rob_eshman/214836/the-rabbi-speaks-out/

Rabbi Naomi Levy noted that she was afraid of many things in life but the one thing of which she was not afraid was Muslims. No doubt this is because she has either used the years since 9/11 as an opportunity to catch up on some sleep or she has just returned from living in her condo on Mars where the Muslim atrocities committed in London, Paris, Bali, Madrid, Fort Hood, San Bernardino, Orlando, Nice and on and on went unreported.

Beaming her wisdom towards her hapless audience Rabbi Naomi Levy displayed her affronted but misplaced ecumenism when she declared President Trump's 90 day temporary ban on immigrants from seven countries in the Middle East to be immoral and un-American. Her biased activism in support of the LEFT's agenda and her detestation of President Trump allowed her to omit that over 80% of the world's Muslims were not affected by the temporary ban or that the seven countries it did affect were identified by the Obama Administration as the ones which recruited, trained and exported the largest number of terrorists:

Most of these countries are now failed states where the religious and political leaders often called for "Death to America", "Death to Israel", and "Death to the Jews". Six of the seven countries are among the sixteen Muslim majority states that deny entry to Israelis and there have been 72 attacks in America by refugees/immigrants from those seven countries. I'm shocked!: http://cis.org/vaughan/study-reveals-72-terrorists-came-countries-covered-trump-vetting-order

None of this scares the good rabbi who should be a lot more vigilant when dealing with an ideology which never tires of telling Jews how much it wants to kill them since her own mother's relatives were all tragically murdered in the Holocaust by another group of genocidal psychopaths who said the same thing. They were called Nazis.

When Rabbi Levy hears hoof-beats she looks for unicorns not horses. In an anxious attempt to gallop to the moral high-ground she deliberately misrepresented a sensible presidential precaution as an outrageous violation of human rights. Thus she kept in lockstep with the fantastic absurdities of the Left but then some people just can't resist a passing bandwagon.

Talking about human rights, I would like to hear something from Rabbi Levy about the serial abusers of human rights in the Muslim Student Association (MSA) and Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) who harass and intimidate Jewish students on campuses across America: top-ten-schools-supporting-terrorists-frontpagemagcom. These Islamic supremacist organizations are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) which in turn is a front group for the Muslim Brotherhood which is black with menace, seeks our ruin and whose instincts are so fraternal it operates in over 70 countries. Nothing to be scared about here.

Doubtless there are many things with regard to his wife about which Rob Eshman can be proud but her sermon to her congregation last week isn't one of them.

Surely, "Safety First" is a policy upon which all those who are interested in the security of the American people can agree. For those who understand this no explanation is necessary; for those who do not understand it no explanation is possible.
